Refined but not pretentious ingredients Certainly not the usual restaurant... For all those like me who are looking for something different, this type of cuisine will satisfy all the senses😍😍 Friendly and very prepared staff that just with the presentation of the dish made my mouth water. Absolutely to try!!! And I almost forgot... Even the coffee is memorable, with those delicious sweets it's like receiving a cuddle at the end of the meal!!!!!

Starters that are well-prepared and full of flavor (the pastrami meatballs are the bomb), surprising first courses and textbook smoked meats. You can feel the passion in every dish. Pavlova out of this world: light, fresh, unforgettable. One of the best places in Perugia for those who love meat done properly. Prices absolutely average compared to the quality of the dishes served!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant “Wood | Slow Smoked Kitchen”, and the experience was truly unique. The restaurant won me over not only with its welcoming atmosphere, but above all with an original and carefully prepared culinary proposal. The dishes tasted: • Gorgonzola mousse with date: a surprising and well-balanced combination, where the creaminess of the gorgonzola marries perfectly with the sweetness of the date, giving an explosion of flavors. • Pastrami crostini: a tribute to the New York Jewish tradition. The pastrami, smoked to perfection, was enhanced by the crunchiness of the crostini. A true comfort food with an international touch. • Bacon flower with egg omelette: this dish, in addition to being aesthetically fascinating, was a real delight. The saltiness of the bacon blends perfectly with the delicacy of the omelette. • Duck Ravioli: made with just water and flour, it impressed with its simplicity and its tasty and refined filling. The texture of the ravioli was impeccable, with a consistency that enhanced every bite. Conclusions: “Wood | Slow Smoked Kitchen” stands out for its ability to reinterpret traditional dishes with creativity, focusing on quality ingredients and innovative culinary techniques. It is the perfect place for those looking for an out-of-the-ordinary gastronomic experience, where each course tells a story. I will definitely be back to try other specialties!

A welcoming place with a unique atmosphere, where the quality of the food reigns supreme! The staff is not only friendly but also knowledgeable. They also have gluten-free options. Definitely worth a try!

I had the pleasure of eating at Wood twice and I was pleasantly surprised by the unique experience I had. The unique taste of the various dishes immediately manages to conquer even the most refined palate, truly providing a real experience. Even the plating appears to be taken care of in the smallest details. The place and the staff are obviously no exception. The environment is really clean, comfortable and well-kept…from the lights to the background music. The staff was really kind and available to satisfy any request or curiosity. I highly recommend trying this place…I will definitely be back!

Nothing can be said about the taste and quality of the food, I was there for the first time and really liked it. I have to say that, given the prices, I would have put something more on my plate! We ate an appetizer, a second course and a dessert for 39 euros but we were still hungry!! But I'll still leave the 5th star! The service girl was very nice and kind. I give 4 stars to the environment because there were really too many mosquitoes and it was only the beginning of June. I hope for a periodic cleanup.

Spectacular dishes accompanied by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Luca, a wonderful host, kept us entertained with laughter and curiosity. The unique and refined menu, featuring oak-smoked dishes, is highly recommended.
